What We Do
Civic Initiatives is a nationally recognized leader in procurement consulting with a comprehensive approach to making procurement a strategic asset.
The advantage of working with Civic Initiatives is that it was created BY public procurement professionals FOR public procurement professionals. We sat in the seats of the people we serve, and most of our team came to Civic from working in the public sector. Many of us are certified procurement professionals and those who are not are working towards certification. We extend and enable public procurement shops on their critical projects with certified public procurement professionals as primary analysts.
Incorporated in 2010, Civic Initiatives has supported over 110 public procurement transformation projects in 35+ states, including local governments, K-12, and institutions of higher education working on procurement operations support, strategic program assessments, staff capability development, and selection and oversight of procurement automation projects.
